Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery terms:

1. Pickup: available at our designated locations. Currently, pickup from the nearest warehouse is carried out after an individual discussion with the client.
   The goods can be picked up from our warehouses located in Montreal (Canada), New York (USA), and Sacramento (USA):

2. Delivery via transport companies. We partner with reputable, trustworthy carriers that guarantee safety during transportation and treat cargo attentively. The goods are delivered via the FedEx Ground transport company. Sysracks cannot influence the delivery schedule set by the carrier.

Delivery areas

Currently, we deliver our products to most locations scattered across continental Canada and the United States. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. is not carried out.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the name of the goods and the geographic location of the customer. As a rule, the shipping cost does not exceed 20% of the cost of the ordered goods. To calculate the cost, you can use the ‘Shipping cost estimation’ tab located on each product page.

Product packaging

Sysracks makes every effort to ensure the maximum safety of its products during transportation. For this purpose, product boxes are reinforced by inserting honeycomb cardboard plates and installing damping corners made of polymer material.

Return Policy

You can return your parcel within 30 days of delivery, which is determined by checking the tracking number on the FedEx website. Only items in their original packaging with the original packaging materials will be accepted for return. Return addresses are the pickup points listed on sysracks.com. Sysracks does not cover shipping costs for returned items.

Placing an order

• Necessary data for arranging delivery. To arrange delivery, a client should specify his name, exact physical address, and telephone number. Delivery to addresses containing only PO box# is not carried out.
• Payment methods. Clients can pay for their orders with debit and credit cards of the main payment systems (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and via PayPal.
