Before placing an order, the buyer must understand where the frame will be installed and what hardware pieces will be installed. Depending on this, a suitable open rack server cabinet is selected. We offer two options of telco racks to cater to different needs:

• 2-Post — These open-frame systems suit lightweight equipment or limited space environments. Ideal for mounting devices such as patch panels, routers, and switches, they offer ease of access to installed equipment. Their design prioritizes simplicity and space efficiency, making them suitable for setups where these aspects are crucial.
• 4-Post — Designed for heavier and larger equipment, this open-frame network data rack with 4 posts provides enhanced stability and support. Units are well-suited for servers, substantial network hardware, and other weighty IT equipment. The additional depth and strength of the 4-post design make it appropriate for environments needing a robust infrastructure to support heavier equipment.

Another essential consideration is choosing the right height. It’s measured in ‘U’ units, where 1U equals 1.75 inches. This standardized measurement is crucial for fitting equipment in rack-mounted setups.

We offer models from 18U (31.5 inches) to 42U (73.5 inches), accommodating a variety of equipment sizes and quantities. This height range allows for flexibility in planning both current and future IT infrastructure needs.
